Do I have to pay?

Schools pay an annual subscription fee of £949. During that time they can advertise for as many posts as they need.

Can I appoint multiple flexible teachers?

Your subscription enables you to recruit as many teachers as you need that year. Edval is timetabling software that supports schools accommodating part time teachers. Flexible Teacher Talent support schools with creating a flexible working culture.

How much will I earn?

We will put you in touch with the schools HR department and you will negotiate  your pay and responsibilities directly with them. 

What happens if my circumstances change?

You will be able to edit your details after submitted. If you decide to take on a role full time, you can let us know and we will stop sending you emails with details of jobs.

What type of teaching roles do you offer?

We find permanent roles in flexible friendly primary and secondary schools across the UK, including posts with TLRs and in school leadership.  We aim to find you a post where you can teach your specialist subject or Key Stage.
